Recruitment sourcing: from 1 week to 1–2 hours per role
We rebuilt recruitment sourcing around AI-assisted evaluation and recruiter control — cutting sourcing per role from roughly one week to one to two hours. Built internally for our parent group's own recruitment team, November 2025 – March 2026.
Production AI in months, not quarters — without the technical debt
We shipped 22 production features in four months — under 1,000 hours, roughly 40% less than a traditional delivery would have needed — with AI-generated code that matched the architecture instead of drifting from it, and documentation that came free with the build. The method behind that result matters only because it makes the result repeatable.
Sales call prep: 1 hour → 10 minutes — follow-up that actually goes out
We changed how a sales team works before each call and after it. Pre-call prep dropped from roughly an hour to about ten minutes. Post-call follow-up dropped from about 45 minutes to 15. And every prospect interaction now lands in the CRM on its own, as an audit trail.
